There are two Pixleys in West Midlands, England, one in Herefordshire County, the other in Shropshire County, both under the Bishop of Hereford's ordinary. Currently covering all of Herefordshire County, southern Shropshire, and a few parishes in Worcestershire, Powys, and Monmouthshire.
